Sabre Rigs is looking for a student or recent graduate interested in 3D scanning, modelling, 3D printing, rendering and AR/VR. We are looking for a student with an interest in 3D modelling, 3D scanning, rendering, 3D printing and/or AR/VR. 

The initial work would involve processing 3D scans of industrial training equipment using an EINSTAR 2 scanner, preparing models for 3D printing, creating marketing renders and developing lightweight 3D/AR assets

This is flexible, project-based work, with potential for ongoing projects as we digitise additional training rigs.

Duties and responsibilities
 You will work with professional EINSTAR 2 3D scanner data from Sabre's real industrial training rigs, helping create: 

• Clean and accurate 3D models 
• STL/3MF files for 3D printing 
• Professional product renders 
• GLB/glTF models for web and mobile 
• AR/VR and future digital-twin assets

Skills and experience

• Experience with Blender, MeshLab, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CAD, 3D scanning, 3D printing, CGI or AR/VR. 
• Experience is useful but training can be provided.

Additional information
Pay - £11 to £13 per hour, depending on age and experience.
