Role
We are seeking French Speaking Telemarketers to provide support to a leading market research organization based in the West Midlands. The successful candidates will work on various projects, ranging from market research to event promotion.
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 08:30 - 16:30 , Friday: 08:30 - 15:30
Pay: £12.71ph + £1.53 ph holiday pay
Please note this is not a sales role!
Duties and responsibilities
- To be a professional and effective telemarketer.
- To understand and to reach key objectives and targets of the project.
- Work to KPI’s
Skills and experience
- Must be fluent in French as well as English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in a B2B or sales environment would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good organisation skills
