Role
We are looking for ID Card Production Ambassadors.
Duties and responsibilities
To provide excellent customer service to new and returning City St George's students during Welcome 2026.
Skills and experience
Knowledge:
• The post holders must have experience of the work carried out by Student Ambassadors.
• A good understanding of the customer service levels expected of Student Ambassadors.
• A good understanding of the layout of the University Campus, and where essential services are based.
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills suitable for a variety of different settings and audiences.
• Good technical skills, to enable the Ambassador to pick up the process for creating an ID card quickly.
• Evidence of reliability and commitment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and positive approach to university life and higher education.
• Good time management skills.• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Empathy towards new students many of whom may never have been to London before.
Experience:
• Current City St George's Student Ambassador.
• Work experience with young people, either paid or voluntary.
• Experience of working with a team.
Location
Northampton Suite (A.B & C), 4th floor, University Building, Northampton Square - Clerkenwell Campus.

- Monday 5th October, 10:30am - 4pm
- Tuesday 6th October, 10am - 4pm
- Wednesday 7th October, 10am - 4pm
- Thursday 8th October, 10am - 4pm
- Friday 9th October, 10am - 12:30pm
