Role
A local retail/gift shop are looking to staff to work with them on Wednesdays between October and December in the initial instance. This is to help cover busy periods. This role is based in Warwick Town Centre and we would be looking for staff who can commit to every Wednesday.

The client has a reprographic/print business and you may be asked to help with folding and collating as well print finishing.

Duties and responsibilities
You will be providing excellent customer service in the shop.This will include

•    Working on the tills to serve customers.
•    Communicating with customers about their printing needs.
•    Ensuring that the shop is clean and presentable at all times (including hoovering/dusting if required)
•    Escalating issues or enquiries to the full time member of staff on duty.

Skills and experience
•    We are looking for someone with the right attitude and most importantly excellent customer service skills.

•    You will be well presented and will be able to communicate with staff and customers.
•    Previous experience of working in a shop is desired but not essential for the right candidate.
 
You will be able to commit to the hours advertised for each Wednesday. The likelihood is that the hours will be from 09:00-17:00
