Role
Duties and responsibilities
Policy Co-Production Panel
- Supporting recruitment and retention of, and communications with, panel members including maintenance of the LinkedIn page
- Supporting the organisation of panel meetings and recruitment of EDRC speakers
- Supporting development and analysis of meeting transcripts and development of resources and outputs in response to panel needs
- Liaising with other EDRC members to support the panel
Relational halo of Citizen’s Panel
- Support for a review of existing academic and grey literature to determine the state of the art on relational impacts of Citizen’s Panel participation, in collaboration with Governance theme leads
- Supporting the development of research questions, data gathering through semi-structured interviews, data processing and analysis of interview data
Skills and experience
- A Masters degree in a relevant social science field
- Ability to work independently as part of a larger team
- Experience in workshop or co-productive settings
- Experience working with external stakeholders
- Experience with qualitative research methods and analysis including interviews and thematic analysis
- Ability to communicate well in writing, verbally, and through social media
- Strong organisational abilities to support meeting scheduling, participant spreadsheets and other administrative tasks
- Good working knowledge of the UK energy policy ecosystem
