Duties and responsibilities
Design and develop a detailed step by step, ‘How to Guide’ for the construction of an Ultrasonic golf club cleaning machine, and to include a step by step Transducer Bar Assembly guide. Listing a full bill of materials (BOM) to include a name, a number and a picture for each part. A step by step pictorial method of assembly with exploded CAD generated views, written descriptions and expected timings to complete each step leading to an overall construction time to determine the total labour costs involved in to complete each machine.
To include;
• Regular weekly design reviews and feedback sessions
• Interim presentations of the ‘Guides’ as they progress
Skills and experience
The use of 3D CAD modelling in Auto Desk Inventor/Auto CAD 2D or equivalent software. The use of Simul8 software to generate time line simulations for the manufacture of multiple units. Identification of workforce skill base using a TPM style, NIL, Basic, Core, Extended and Leading. Knowledge of MS Office tools
