Role
The Academic Services team are looking for a Course Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. 

Duties and responsibilities

Provide specialist support to students on a range of subjects using specialist skills and knowledge acquired through qualifications and practical experience. 

The role holder will be interpreting student requirements; producing solutions and providing advice, predominately via email but sometimes over the phone.

Role Holder will help maintain Moodle pages.

Role Holder will liaise with academics to support Moodle pages and answering enquiries from students.

Skills and experience

Worked in a customer face to face role or roles.

Experience of MS Office.

Experience answering emails.

Ability to work independently while keeping the team informed.

Education to degree desirable not essential.

Experience of a VLE desirable not essential.
