Description
Role
Are you passionate about men’s or women’s and love helping others improve their game? University College Birmingham is looking for enthusiastic and committed Football Coach’s for our men’s and women’s teams to support our student teams during the academic year (September to April).
Duties and responsibilities
- Coach and develop student football teams
- Create engaging, inclusive sessions for all skill levels
- Work with the Sport Development Officer and assist with fixtures
- Support team captains with player selection and squad development
- Promote health, fitness, and university sport initiatives
Skills and experience
- UEFA C Football Coaching Qualification
- First Aid & DBS required
- Coaching experience preferred, but new coaches welcome!

Additional information
- Mondays (6-7pm – women’s, 7-9pm men’s) coaching (all held at Avery Field, B17 8DT)
- Wednesdays (matches – home and away)
- 1–5 hours/week during term time
