Role
Student Services are delivering a Student Experience Survey to gain feedback from students on the services we provide, with an aim to make improvements to the student experience. Students who complete the survey will have an opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a £100 Amazon voucher. The role will be to encourage students to undertake the survey via the tablet provided, or via a QR code they can use on their phones, and to inform the students of the incentive of the prize draw opportunity. The role will cover lunchtime periods for around 2.5hours per person per day, over the period of 12th October to 26th October, and will be based near to the Student Service Centres across the University campuses.

Working Hours: To be arranged with the workers - 13 hours over 2 weeks per worker
Pay Rate: £14.27 per hour
Holiday Pay Rate: £1.72 per hour
Location: University Park and Jubilee Campus, UoN
Dress Code: Smart Casual
Duties and responsibilities
- Base near to the Student Service Centres as requested (a rota will be provided and confirmed with the role holders)
- Approach and encourage students to complete the survey
- Explain what the survey is about
- Provide the student with the tablet to complete the survey there and then
- Or provide the student with a QR to link them to survey to complete on their phones
- Advise students of the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a chance to win a £100 Amazon voucher
