Duties and responsibilities
Business Development Analyst: Reacta Healthcare Clinical Trials Business Stream
1. Take time to understand healthcare sales-who to influence for a buying decision and the long pharmaceutical sales cycle
2. Map out the allergy healthcare buying ecosystem for the clinical trials market
3. Commercial Opportunities: Research and identify new market opportunities within the asthma, eczema and allergy medical
sector
You will be working with the BD Manager, Head of Commercial and wider commercial team. There has been considerable time
taken to do much of the activities listed above, we would like a new set of eyes to look over the existing information we have
and provide some new ideas and lines of inquiry. In addition we are currently investing time testing ai solutions which can make
our Commercial team more efficient, so an interest and experience using ai would be valuable for this role.
Skills and experience
The ideal person for this internship would have the right attitude, curiosity and commercial aptitude over pharmaceutical or
sales experience. Reacta Healthcare is a busy fast -paced organisation with 80+ employees who are not afraid to speak up
with ideas or concerns.
-Research and Analytical skills- find the right sources independently, assess source credibility, distinguish facts from opininon,
identify trends and opportunities and produce concise summaries and recommednations.
-Communication skills - presentation skills and verbally sharing information, professional writing skills, confidence to speak to
unfamiliar people at different levels in an organisation
-Commercial Awareness - an understanding of how companies make money, understanding of sales cycles, marketing,
communications, and growth
Preferred degree subjects: Business Studies, Economics, Marketing
