Duties and responsibilities
XCellR8 Ltd is an in vitro testing lab servicing the chemical and cosmetics industry. The laboratory is animal product-free, allowing us to offer truly vegan tests to our clients. This post will support the running of our vegan microbiology lab, which offers routine safety tests to cosmetic clients. The intern will help with media and sample preparation and, where appropriate, support microbial limits testing.
Skills and experience
The post holder will have some practical laboratory experience and, ideally, some knowledge of microbiology. The post holder will have good communication skills, be organised and have good attention to detail. The post holder will be enthusiastic about science, with a particular interest in microbiology.
