Role

Duties and responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
Film and edit short-form videos and reels
Capture behind-the-scenes footage at events
Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar
Help grow our online community
Monitor comments and messages where appropriate
Research trends, sounds and creative ideas
Marketing
Assist with campaign planning
Design graphics using Canva or Adobe Express
Create posters, flyers and promotional materials
Help write newsletters, blogs and website content
Research partnerships and collaboration opportunities
Help promote workshops, courses and community events
Events
Assist with setting up and packing down events
Welcome attendees and support registrations
Capture photography and video during events
Help coordinate volunteers and facilitators
Support logistics before and after sessions
Help ensure events run smoothly
Administration
Organise digital files and marketing assets
Maintain content libraries
Assist with basic website updates
Help keep marketing projects on schedule
Support day-to-day business activities where require
Skills and experience
Creative and full of ideas

Organised and reliable
Comfortable using social media platforms
Confident communicating with people
