Role
Applications are now open to work with us during the University of Warwick Enrolment period for the 2026/27 academic year.
We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly students to support our enrolment events between Tuesday 22 September and Tuesday 6 October. Opportunities will include welcoming and assisting new students, supporting Right to Study appointments and ID card collection activities, providing information and guidance, helping with event operations, and ensuring students receive a positive first experience of Warwick.
Duties and responsibilities
• Shifts will run between Tuesday 22 September and Tuesday 6 October 2026.
• A variety of weekday and weekend shifts will be available. Shift patterns will vary, and we cannot guarantee a set number of hours.
• Duties may include:
o Supporting Right to Study activities
o Assisting with ID card collection operations
o Providing information and guidance to new students
o Queue management and customer service support
o General event and enrolment administration support
• Successful applicants must complete a right-to-work check before commencing employment.
• Training and briefing information will be provided prior to the start of the event period.
Skills and experience
• Polite and friendly
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, when assisting large numbers of students
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently, with due regard to the handling of confidential personal data and data protection requirements.
• Comfortable working with IT
• Excellent English communication skills It is desirable that candidates have a good prior knowledge of the University.
