Role
We are seeking outgoing and enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our team for a 1-day event.
The primary responsibility will be selling earpiece commentary radios to the public and processing payments via card machines at the upcoming Cricket Test Match.
Tuesday 22nd September 09:45-14:00 at Chester-Le-Street
Duties and responsibilities
- Engage with the fans to promote and sell earpiece commentary radios.
- Process payments using card machines efficiently and accurately.
- Carry equipment containing radios.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries that customers have about the product.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.
Skills and experience
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle card payment transactions confidently.
- Physically capable of carrying equipment which showcases and contains radios.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
