Role
The Tooting team are looking for Student ambassadors who are familiar with the Tooting Campus to provide event support at the up coming InterTB Symposium 2026 event.

Duties and responsibilities
- Help with meet and greet and name badges at registration desk

- Help with online management of event (accepting people from lobby, helping hosts with presentation management if needed, mic holding for Q&A in Curve LT)
- Helping with collection of drinks from SU Bar
- Help with lunch catering and reception drinks. 
 
All SA will be provided with lunch, drinks and breaks.

Skills and experience
- Student ambassador experience

- Candidates must be familiar with the Tooting campus lay out
- Great customer service skills
- Friendly and helpfull

Location
Tooting Campus: Public Engagement Space, The Curve LT, SU Bar area and all the Boardrooms

Date and hours: Monday 14th September 2026, 8am - 5pm
