Role
Help decorate the City St George’s Clerkenwell Campus to create a welcoming and celebratory atmosphere for new and returning students on Thursday 10 September 2026, from 10:30am to 1:30pm.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with decorating the campus to create a celebratory and welcoming atmosphere for new and returning students.
- Set up decorations including bunting, lights, balloons, and signage in key areas around campus.
- Ensure decorations are displayed neatly, safely, and in line with event plans.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Ambassadors and staff to complete set-up efficiently.
- Support with moving and lifting equipment or working at height where needed.
Skills and experience
- Willingness to carry out physical tasks (lifting, moving items, or working at height when required).
- Must have experience of campus decoration at City St George's or elsewhere.
- Must have the ability to think creatively and execute creative tasks.
- Passionate about representing and supporting City St George’s.
- Reliable and able to follow instructions carefully.
- Practical and hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design/creativity.
- Meticulous and organised when completing tasks.
- Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly with others.
