Support the development and improvement of business systems, data reporting and digital solutions across Algeos. The role will help identify business needs, analyse data, improve processes and support technology projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Gather and document business requirements from different departments. 
  • Create reports, dashboards and KPI tracking tools using business data. 
  • Support business system and digital transformation projects. 
  • Assist with process mapping, data flow analysis and solution documentation. 
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, automation and AI opportunities. 
  • Work with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing and R&D. 
  • Support data quality, reporting and business intelligence initiatives.

Essential Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Good understanding of databases, data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI). 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience of analysing data and producing reports or dashboards. 
  • Knowledge of business processes, systems or digital technologies. 
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis or project work as part of studies. Interest in AI, automation, healthcare technology or digital transformation
Suitable for Level 5 or Level 6 undergraduate students seeking practical experience in business systems, data analytics, digital transformation and technology solution development within a growing healthcare business.
