Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team at our Catalyst Kitchen, with occasional work at our Stafford site at Blackheath Lane.
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
Duties and responsibilities
Customer Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages, process payments and ensure a positive customer experience.
Operational Support: Restock and maintain food and retail displays, monitor stock levels and assist with general cleaning duties.
Health & Safety: Adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards and ensure the workplace is kept clean and safe.
Financial Handling: Operate the cash register and assist with cash reconciliation as required.
Skills and experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service environment is preferred. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently and professionally in a busy environment, have good communication skills and be confident working as part of a team.
A friendly, reliable and positive attitude is essential.
