HAU - Student Ambassador, 125 Celebrations

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Student Ambassadors to support with the setup of our 125th Anniversary Celebration, a large-scale event similar in size and style to a graduation ceremony, with a high number of guests attending.

 

This shift is on the day support, for the duration of the event. 

 

Breaks provided. 

Ambassadors will play an important role in helping the event run smoothly and ensuring that guests have a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they arrive. 

Supporting the events team with general preparations before guests arrive, welcoming and directing guests around the venue, providing information and answering general queries, assisting with guest registration and arrivals where required, helping to ensure the event space remains organised and presentable & supporting the events team throughout the event and assisting with any tasks as required.
