Role
Are you passionate about customer service and love working in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team and help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Handling transactions at the till accurately and efficiently
- Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation
- Supporting with deliveries and stockroom duties
- Ensuring the shop floor is clean, tidy, and well-organised
Skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail experience
- A team player with a proactive approach
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
