Role
******Ringfenced to LJMU Students and Graduates (within the last 2 years ONLY******
You will be working with a large IT team across LJMU sites install IT across student areas, staff offices and open IT labs. You will need to have a knowledge of IT installs and OS.
Duties and responsibilities
- Installing IT on all LJMU machines.
- Working in a team of IT technicians.
- You will need knowledge of OS installs and a basic knowledge of apple management.
Skills and experience
Must work well in a team, have good customer service skills.
