Role
As a Student Ambassador supporting the Engineering Experience Day, you will help deliver an engaging and welcoming experience for prospective students.
Your role will include greeting attendees, assisting with registration, helping visitors navigate the campus, supporting academic staff with activities and demonstrations, and answering questions about student life and studying at the University from your own experience.
You will also help ensure the event runs smoothly throughout the day, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and informative experience for all visitors.
Smart casual clothing, ambassador branded clothing where possible.
Duties and responsibilities
- Greet visitors
- Answer course related questions and share an insight into University life
- Assist with setting up and packing down event
