Role
As a Student Ambassador supporting the University's Graduation Ceremonies, you will play a key role in ensuring graduates and their guests have a welcoming and memorable experience.
Smart casual clothing, and ambassador branded clothing.
Duties and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with guest arrivals and car parking, directing visitors to the correct locations
- Welcoming graduates and guests
- Supporting registration areas
- Helping to prepare seating and event spaces, and ensuring signage and wayfinding materials are in place
Throughout the day, you will provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and supporting the events team with a variety of tasks to ensure the ceremonies run smoothly.
This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while delivering a professional and enjoyable graduation experience for all attendees.
