Role
As a Student Ambassador supporting graduation set-up, you will play an important role in ensuring the venue is prepared for the University's graduation ceremonies.
Duties and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising registration and welcome areas
- Preparing seating and event spaces, and helping to position signage and wayfinding materials
- Preparing graduation packs and supporting the events team with a variety of practical tasks to ensure everything is in place before graduates and guests arrive.
This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to help deliver a professional and memorable graduation experience.
