Role
The HR Team at Tooting are currently seeking two HR Officers to support the team for the next 3 months.

Duties and responsibilities

Working independently to manage a varied and demanding workload to ensure the smooth delivery of the HR service. The selected candidate will be responsible for undertaking all corresponding HR transactions including: 

- Recruitment and selection

- Preparing, updating and maintaining all required onboarding

- Ensuring accurate entry of information into the HR and Payroll information System (iTrent)

- Ensuring all electronic records are accurately stored

Skills and experience

- Demonstrable experience of providing a high-volume 

- HR administration/recruitment service

- Demonstrable experience of management information system or inusing an HR information system

- Confidence and ability in the use of written and numerical data

- Ability to cope with high volumes of work and the demands of tight deadlines

 

Additionally, we are looking for candidates who have knowledge and skills with:

- I Trent

- Data management

- Data input
