The Department
Unitemps is the in-house recruitment service for Canterbury Christ Church University and we are looking for a current student to represent us on campus.
The Role
We are seeking an outgoing and proactive student ambassador to promote Unitemps on campus at events and pop ups.
The first events are Welcome Fayre and Welcome Event on Wed 16th Sept and Fri 18th Sept.
Please only apply if you are able to work these first two events.
Duties and responsibilities
In the role you will explain to students (potential new ones and existing ones) about the Unitemps service and how working for us could benefit them. This will involve:
- Speaking to current students and open day attendees about Unitemps and our role at CCCU
- Talking about the types of jobs we have available
- Handing out flyers and promotional material
- Explaining to people how to register on Unitemps.com and troubleshooting basic issues
- Open Days are on a weekend so this role will involve both weekday work and weekends
- Assisting with training days for new CCCU ambassadors
Skills and experience
- You must be a current CCCU student
- Knowledge of Unitemps and our service
- Confident and clear communication with others
- Enthusiams to learn and to teach others
