Role

Unitemps are recruiting for a Project Coordinator. This role has an October 1st start date and a projected end date of December 1st 2026. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours per week. Payment is set at £21.98 per hour + £4.11 holiday pay. This role is UCL Hybrid working with 2 days per week from the office and the other days from home/remote.
 
This is an interdiscplinary project between the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL Computational Science and UCLH. 
 
We are looking at how wearable technology can be a part of therapy for sufferers of Misophonia.

Duties and responsibilities

The Project Coordinator oversees the administrative and organisational aspects of participant recruitment and engagement. This includes monitoring and responding to recruitment advertisements, acting as the primary point of initial contact for prospective participants, and managing all early-stage communications.
 
They are responsible for scheduling and coordinating participant involvement, ensuring efficient allocation of time slots and maintaining accurate records of attendance and engagement. The role also encompasses handling consent procedures, participant information distribution, and general administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.
 
The Project Coordinator acts as a central communication hub, liaising between the research team and participants to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and a positive participant experience throughout the process.

Skills and experience

The applicant should have experience of dealing with members of the public, managing participants for clinical tests, as well as dealing with Ethics issues.
