Role
We are seeking Data Entry Administrative Support staff to join the Quality and Academic Development (QUAD) team on a temporary project. The role will support the migration and maintenance of curriculum data within the University's Curriculum Management System (CMS).

Duties and responsibilities

The Data Entry Admin Support will provide dedicated support to QUAD by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data being migrated into the Curriculum Management System (CMS). 

The successful candidate will enter key curriculum data validate and query where appropriate. 

May also need to handle enquiries, and undertake support duties to uphold institutional quality standards. 

This role is essential in safeguarding data integrity and supporting the effective operation of curriculum and quality processes.

Skills and experience

  • Data Entry / migration experience
  • Ability to work accurately and at pace
  • Work to deadlines
  • Work as part of a team
  • Use of CMS or similar systems
  • HE Experience beneficial

Location
Hybrid 2-3 days onsite at Drysdale Building, Northampton Square, EC1V 0HB
