Position available for current Ambassadors at Harper Adams University.
The Learner Support Team is hosting an 'Early Arrival' event for students arriving to university in September 2026.
This event will be held on Saturday the 19th of September between 11:30am - 9pm. We are looking for student ambassadors to support staff during this event.
The role includes supporting staff with setting up and closing the event, communicating with new students and their families throughout the day and facilitating some evening activities with the new students.
Duties and responsibilities
- Setting up event
- Assisting staff with on the day duties
- Guide new students to their accommodation
- Communicating the networking activity with visitors
- Helping to serve drinks and light snacks during networking activity
- Some ambassadors will be required to help during the evening session to facilitate the games and activities with new students
Skills and experience
Current Ambassador, training completed.
Confident interacting with students, staff members and visitors.
