Role
As a Lead Generation Agent, you will be responsible for contacting businesses by phone to introduce private medical insurance solutions and generating leads for the company's sales team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Making 200+ outbound calls per day to businesses.
- Generating 3+ qualified leads per day for the sales team.
- Completing general administrative duties.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and leads.
Skills and experience
- Excellent telephone communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
- Strong timekeeping and reliability.
- A positive attitude with the drive and ambition to achieve targets and excel.
