Role
Seeking an urgent temp to provide administrative support to the Admissions team, including data entry, reviewing records and assisting with email and telephone enquiries

Duties and responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain applicant data and records.
  • Review admissions documents and records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support the admissions inbox by responding to or redirecting enquiries.
  • Assist with incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the admissions process.

Skills and experience

  • Previous administrative or data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience in admissions, education, or customer service is desirable.
