Role
Seeking an urgent temp to provide administrative support to the Admissions team, including data entry, reviewing records and assisting with email and telephone enquiries
Duties and responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain applicant data and records.
- Review admissions documents and records for completeness and accuracy.
- Support the admissions inbox by responding to or redirecting enquiries.
- Assist with incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the admissions process.
Skills and experience
- Previous administrative or data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience in admissions, education, or customer service is desirable.
