Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable students to support a busy graduation ceremony as a Gowning & Sales Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain customer service experience while working at a prestigious graduation event. You'll be helping graduates have a memorable experience by assisting with gown collection, answering queries and providing excellent customer service throughout the day.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assisting graduates with gown collection and fitting
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Supporting gown sales and returns
- Answering customer enquiries
- Helping to keep the gowning area organised
- Working as part of a friendly event team
Skills and experience
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Smart, professional appearance
- Previous customer service or retail experience would be advantageous but is not essential
