Description
Role
We're looking for a Programme Administrator to join the School of Science and Technology on a temporary full-time basis. This varied administrative role involves supporting student and programme administration, including updating records, responding to student queries, assisting with enrolment and induction, and providing general administrative support to a friendly team.
Duties and responsibilities
The role will be varied, however, training will be given in all required areas.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Updating Moodle pages
- Replying to straight-forward queries from students
- Archiving exams
- Conducting clerical checks of exams
- Updating personal tutor lists* Assisting with induction
- Liaising with exams papers
- Checking on registration status of students
- Enrolling students to modules
- Updating partial-repeat trackers
- Updating assessment and monitoring assessment trackers
Skills and experience
The candidate should be familiar with the MS Office suite of programmes and ideally have at least one year's admin experience.
