Warwick Arts Centre is looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Visitor Experience Assistants to join the team. Our Visitor Experience Assistants deliver exceptional service to all visitors at Warwick Arts Centre, ensuring they have an enjoyable, memorable and first class experience.
As part of the Visitor Experience team, you will be responsible for working across all our visitor services areas, whilst ensuring a safe environment is maintained. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the safe and smooth running of all events, responding promptly and appropriately in the event of an unplanned situation. You will be knowledgeable and approachable in order to assist visitors with any queries or signposting in auditoria, box office front desk and foyer spaces.
From checking tickets, invigilating artwork, and selling snacks, drinks, ice cream and merchandise, we always aim for our visitors to have a positive and magical experience they’ll remember.Duties and responsibilities

Online Information Session – Tuesday 4th August 2026, 2.30pm – 3.30pm
Join our Assistant Visitor Experience Manager & Volunteer Co-ordinator for an online information session. They will share details about Warwick Arts Centre, the role and objectives, and the application process. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions. If you cannot attend, we recommend registering so you can receive a copy of the session directly to your inbox the following day.

Shifts and Training
Shifts are available on a week-by-week basis, in line with our building activity. We expect all Casual Visitor Experience Assistants to complete a minimum of 1 shift per week as a standing commitment and to ensure you are fulfilling your role and staying up to date.
You must be available to attend an in-person induction / training session on either:
Wednesday 9th September 2026 & Sunday 13th September 2026 OR Monday 21st September 2026 & Wednesday 23rd September 2026
Uniform: Own trousers or skirt with sensible, enclosed flat footwear. Uniform top provided.
