Role
Unitemps are looking for friendly, enthusiastic recent graduates to work as ID Card Assistants at the University's upcoming Registration Events and Welcome Week. The role is based within the Registration Team in the Customer Service Department and involves supporting the registration events by issuing ID Cards to students who have successfully completed their registration. This is a great opportunity to help deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for new and returning students during one of the Universities busiest periods.
Duties and responsibilities
Duties include:
- Producing ID cards for new students who have completed registration
- Issue replacement ID Cards that have been ordered through the University Online Shop
- Be the first point of contact providing excellent, friendly service
Skills and experience
No experience needed as full training is provided but must be able to work well under pressure, work independently and provide effective support to student queries.
