Role
Unitemps are acting as an Employment Business, supplying temporary workers, in relation to this vacancy.
We are looking for graduation ceremony staff for one of our clients who organise gowns and photographs for graduation ceremonies up and down the country.
We are looking for staff to work in on city campus, Trent University on from 15th July to 30th July.
Times will range from 07:30 – 19:30 to 08:00 to 19:30 depending on the day (this may change). If successful, we will contact you to let you know each shift date.
Start Date: 15/07/26
End Date: 30/07/26
Working Hours: Various Shift lengths across the role. Ranging from 07:30 to 08:30
Pay Rate: £12.75 an hour
Location: City Campus, 50 Shakespeare Street, Nottingham, NG1 4FQ
Dress Code: Smart Casual
CLOSING DATE: 15/07/26 Please note that the role may close early to applications – apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Duties and responsibilities
The work is customer facing, duties include:
- Meeting/greeting customers
- Queue Management
- Dressing Graduates
- Advising on photography packages
- Some cash handling may be involved
Skills and experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable and flexibility.
- Comfortable using technology.
