Description
Role
The event is a launch of an evaluation report on the Legal Advice Service. Guests will include policymakers, senior criminal justice system leads, and people working in the violence against women and girls sector. We are expecting up to 60 attendees.
Duties and responsibilities
- Setting up location and directional signs before guests arrive
- Greeting guests as they arrive
- Escorting guests from Rhind Building reception to the room where the event will be held
- Signposting to bathrooms and helping guests leave the building
Skills and experience
The ambassadors should have a friendly and professional manner and be comfortable giving directions
