The Role
Our Leicester client are looking to hire a number of Content Models to be the face of our brand across social media. This is an on-camera talent role for content filmed at the client's venue. The role is looking for energy in the POVs, the reactions in the challenges, and the person people stop scrolling for. The client is looking for candidates to create great content built on personality, authentic moments, and engaging on-screen presence, and the right faces are a huge part of that.
For this role, do not need to be a trained model or presenter but you do need to be confident on camera, comfortable being filmed, and able to bring genuine energy, personality, and natural reactions on demand.
Hours: flexible and to be built around content shoot days at the clients head office. Shoots are scheduled in advance based on our content calendar; so exact pattern of hours will be agreed on appointment.

Duties and responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Star in TikTok and Instagram content
• Bring high energy and genuine reactions on camera and across the venue
• Bring your own ideas and trending formats to shoot days
• Emulate any trend we set you and bring it to life on camera, often within a day or two
of it landing
• Wear costumes and outfits when a trend or campaign calls for it
• Work with the marketing team on POVs, reactions and campaign pieces
• Take direction on set and deliver takes quickly, shoot after shoot
• Be a natural, likeable presence that viewers remember and come back for
• Represent the brand and energy in everything you appear in
Skills and experience
- Fun, energetic and magnetic on camera, comfortable being filmed for social media• Genuinely up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends and what is taking off right now
- Full of ideas and happy to pitch them on shoot days
- Able to bring real energy and genuine reactions on demand, take after take
- Up for anything a trend calls for, with no ego on set
- Fast and reactive, happy in an unscripted, fast moving shoot
- Reliable, easy to work with, and good to have on set
- Able to pass a short personality and on camera screening before joining
- Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience in modelling, acting, presenting, performing or content creation
- An existing TikTok or Instagram following
- Experience being filmed or creating your own content
- Any interest in social media, trends or brand building
