Role
The finance team at City St Georges are currently looking for finance Assistants to join their team on a temporary basis. 

Duties and responsibilities

Invoice Processing

- Review, code, and process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently

- Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes (3-way matching)

- Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal staff

- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and financial controls

Skills and experience

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organisational and time-management skills

Proficient in Excel and finance systems (Unit4/Agresso preferred)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Cranmer Terrace, London SW17 0RE (Hybrid may be required at Tooting 2 days TBC)
