Role
The WBS Alumni CareersPlus Team provides a specialised careers service for Warwick Business School students alumni. We are looking for a Communications & Engagement Ambassador to play a crucial role in enhancing the engagement of our recently graduated FT MBA students.
Duties and responsibilities
- Developing Engagement Strategies: Create and implement a coherent, cost-effective strategy to engage recently graduated FT MBA students.
- Collaborating with Marketing: Work closely with the Alumni Careers Manager and the internal Marketing Officer to boost alumni engagement with the services.
- Enhancing Online Engagement: Support online engagement efforts and identify innovative ways to increase the reach of our posts.
- Providing Guidance: Direct alumni to the various services available, including one-to-one guidance, e-guidance, and online resources.
- Encouraging Feedback: Promote the completion of feedback surveys and the post-MBA tracker survey to gather valuable insights.
- Promoting Initiatives: Advocate for various campaigns, initiatives, workshops, events, and job vacancies to keep alumni informed and involved.
Skills and experience
Essential
- WBS Full-time MBA student from 25/26 cohort
- Prepared to work approximately 2 hours a week for this role from September to March (hours are flexible)
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Time-management
Location
Combination of working from home (must be in the UK while working)
