Role

Unitemps are acting as an Employment Business, supplying temporary workers, in relation to this vacancy.

We are seeking Customer Experience Assistants to lead our event to success.

An integral role as they support multiple areas of our exhibition ~ managing the flow-through traffic of guests into each of the immersive zones from their in initial welcome the exhibit with the exhibition and in the retail area.

The are also a constant point of contact to offer guidance to the attendees.

Employment to commence as either part-time and full-time opportunities in Nottingham at Motorpoint Arena. ~Exact hours will be confirmed closer to the exhibition date, but must be available to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week from the period 17th July - 9th August, 2026 ~ Ability to work evenings and some weekends ~ Remuneration is £13 per hour (travel will not be included in the hourly wage)

Duties and responsibilities

  • Providing impeccable customer service throughout the Guest's journey covering ticketing, customer service and retail
  • Ensure policies and protocols are being followed and providing impeccable customer service.
  • Work with team members to provide an excellent experience to the guests
  • Provide continual security to ensure health and safety protocols are being met
  • Facilitating guest feedback to relevant management
  • Ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Genuine commitment to the best standards of customer care and guest experience
  • An interest and knowledge in Arts and Entertainment
