Description
Role
This role supports the University of Warwick's interdisciplinary Health Spotlight initiative by investigating how to strengthen collaboration between researchers across disciplines, faculties, and career stages.
The project focuses on facilitating connections between early career researchers and more senior academics working in health, from different disciplines. The purpose of the role is to explore the needs and priorities of Warwick health researchers at different stages of their careers and from different disciplines, through a series of targeted interviews. The data from these interviews will be analysed thematically to create guidance to support health researchers to successfully collaborate across disciplines and career stage and key considerations in safeguarding the interests and needs of both sides of the collaboration.
