Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and organised Administrator to support the day-to-day running of their growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing, and physical activity levels of children and families across Staffordshire and Cheshire.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage staff rotas and shared systems.
- Monitor and respond to emails and enquiries.
- Support communications with schools and parents.
- Maintain digital filing systems and stock inventories.
- Manage staff compliance records.
- Process consent forms and surveys.
- Order equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
- Process invoices and childcare vouchers.
- Compile sales and programme reports.
- Answer calls and provide customer support.
- Arrange training, meetings, and events.
- Record meeting notes and track actions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Respond to social media enquiries professionally.
Skills and experience
- Previous administrative experience.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confidence learning new systems and digital tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive attitude.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Stoke-On-Trent, Hybrid working available once established in role
