ITS Cheltenham Construction are pleased to advertise the opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
In addition to your basic salary, you'll benefit from an uncapped commission structure that rewards success. Recruitment is a performance-driven industry, and for ambitious individuals who embrace the role, expected total earnings are:
• Year 1: £35,000 - £45,000 OTE
• Year 2: £45,000+ OTE
• Year 3: £65,000+ OTE
These earnings expectations are based on the performance of our current trainee consultants and are designed to provide a realistic indication of the opportunity available.
- Building relationships with construction companies and candidates
- Visiting live construction properties
- Winning new business and filling live vacancies
- Managing your own pipeline and growing your desk like it’s your business
- Becoming a trusted partner to clients on major projects
Duties and responsibilities
- Daily telephones calls to existing clients and candidates
- Weekly visits to major construction projects
- Attending client entertainment (Mainly major sporting events - Football, Rugby, Horse Racing)
- Working as part of a winning team
Skills and experience
- If you can sell, we’ll teach you the rest
