Role
The Student Support Services team are currently looking for International Student Advice Team Assistants to join their team on a temporary basis.
Duties and responsibilities
The main duties will be:
Skills and experience
The candidates should have excellent IT skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Experience in using databases and records systems.
Ability to communicate effectively in person (if required), in writing and email, and by telephone with a diverse range of people.
A commitment to excellent service delivery.
High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail is extremely important for this role.

The candidates should be flexible regarding the working arrangement.
This role is hybrid - so working from home and coming to the office on specific dates (on weekly basis).
Candidates should use their own computer/laptop when working from home.
