Description
Role
To provide support to Senior Programme Coordinator (Quality) in order to ensure information packs for approval of marks are shared with External Examiners in a timely manner.
Duties and responsibilities
- Download assignments from our online learning platform
- Collate information about modules, and marks.
- Administer and develop efficient office procedures, including maintaining manual and electronic files, lists, forms and other course administration information/questionnaires, ensuring that appropriate changes are made and that records are up to date.
- Manage the collection, scanning of exam scripts.
- Maintain student database records, monitor the collection of information.
- Other tasks as required
Skills and experience
Essential:
- Good (grade A or B) GCSE Level English Language and Mathematics
- Good IT skills including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, websites, email and social media.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and working flexibly to juggle the demands of various tasks
- Ability to handle highly confidential material with discretion and to deal effectively with sensitive matters
- Ability and willingness to use initiative and prioritise weekly and termly tasks
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team. Able to contribute to a successful team working environment.
