Duties and responsibilities

  • Greeting guests
  • Helping guests to register
  • Escorting guests from room to room (we have several rooms booked across two floors). 
  • We are expecting 240 guests at the conference.

N.B. We need one student to work from 8.30am to 5pm on both the 17th and 18th June. Another two students are required from 8.30am to 1.30pm just for the 17th June.

Skills and experience

The ambassadors should be friendly and confident, and be able to provide a high level of customer service.
