Role
Our client based on the University of Warwick Campus are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be expected to work from the office on the campus at least once every 2 weeks, however you can come into the office on a more regular basis if you want.
The Salary for this role is £28,000 per year.

Duties and responsibilities
Working as part of the small team, you will be tasked with

  • Communicating with customers and colleagues within the business.
  • Being the front line of support for calls and queries.
  • Dealing with the live chat of the business.
  • Maintaining high levels of records/document keeping.

Skills and experience

  • We are really looking for someone to start asap. 
  • You will be able to prioritise and estimate timeframes for tasks, therefore experience of working in similar settings is desired.
  • Previous customer service is essential as is working independently in an office environment.
  • Ideally you will have experience of working in a hybrid manner previously.
  • Any experience of student organisations or the Higher Education is a plus!

Location
Hybrid - 1 Day Per 2 Weeks

Additional information
You may be required to work at a different location nearby to the University within a 10 mile radius. This is to be confirmed.
