Role:
We are looking for 2 Bar Staff needed for Creative Exhibition on Saturday 6th June 2026.
Our client is producing a one-day creative exhibition + DJ event this Saturday in a warehouse space in Leicester City Centre and is looking for 2 x outgoing bar staff to help bring great energy to the event.
This is a 1-day event with a really fun atmosphere and is perfect if you’ve got hospitality experience and enjoy working events. The event is a women’s football-themed exhibition celebrating creativity, culture, and community.
Expect:
• A warehouse-style setup
• DJ set + live music – Think Ibiza / Afro / Tech House
• A pop-up bar selling a premium curated selection of tinnies
• A creative, social crowd in a vibrant setting
The rate of pay is: £15 per hour £1.81 holiday pay.
Shifts Available:
- 1 x Lead Bar Staff: 11:00am – 7:00pm (8 hours)
- 1 x Bar Assistant: 11:00am – 3:00pm (4 hours) (Potential to extend to 8 hours if busy)
Duties and responsibilities
- Helping set up and run a mobile bar
- Serving drinks (cocktails included – margarita skills)
- Chatting with guests and creating a great atmosphere
- Offering free samples (tequila, beers, wines, non-alcohol alternatives)Upselling and confidently engaging with customers
- Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and organised
- Restocking fridges + handling waste/bins
- Getting stuck in wherever needed
- Enjoying the vibes
Skills and experience
- Experience in hospitality, pop-up events, pubs, bars, or festivals is a must
- Gregarious - Friendly, chatty, and confident
- Comfortable speaking to new people
- Good experience in hospitality, bar work, or club environments
- Reliable, proactive, and hands-on
- Interest in creative or cultural events
