Description
Role
The role is to start to build the protocol and study documents for the TEA Study (Techniques for enabling safe and dignified drinking in adults with dysphagia). You will use the application Research plan and the UoN templates and receive support and direction support from the PI.
Start Date: 22/06/2026
End Date: 31/07/2026
Working Hours: 25 hours - to be arranged by hiring manager
Pay Rate: £17.02 per hour
Holiday Pay Rate: £2.05 per hour
Location: Flexible. Some meetings, but mostly at home or in Centre for Rehab and Ageing Research, Medical School
Dress Code: Smart Casual
Duties and responsibilities
- Create the protocol participant information sheets, consent forms, study flyers and adverts, topic guide for qualitative research, and if time to start the ethics application.
Skills and experience
- Experience writing research protocols, creating PIS, consent forms or experience using them to recruit participants.
Location
Flexible. Some meetings, but mostly at home or in Centre for Rehab and Ageing Research, Medical School
